I completed Certificate of Clinical Reflexology in 2023 and have volunteered as a Clinical Reflexologist at Solariscare since then, at the Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital Perth facility. It is the highlight of my week!
Solariscare is a voluntary cancer support organisation in WA with several facilities throughout the State. The staff, mostly volunteers, are all friendly, welcoming and helpful. The facilities are great. The clients are very appreciative. But the one who gains most out of the experience is, of course, myself!
I go home feeling satisfied and happy that I have been able to make a small difference in somebody’s day.
